This piece was minted circa 145 AD, during the reign of Antoninus Pius, who ruled from 138-161 AD The obverse of this type depicts the laureate head of Antoninus facing right, with legends ANTONINVS The reverse type features Liberalitas standing left, holding coin shaker and cornucopiae, with legends TR This type was minted to mark the fourth Libaralitas of the reign, held in honor of Antoninus being made consul for the fourth time
