2.70 grams 23 mm This coin was minted by the Turk Shahis soon after they conqured Zabulistan The design is very similar to the drachms that were minted there by the former Nezak / Achon rulers, with the exception that the Turk Shahis added the Bactrian legend "Sri Shahi" The denomination of this coin is a bit of a mystery Gobl considered it a drachm, even though it is only 70% of the weight of a drachm This may represent the Turk Shahi's own unique denomination, or if it was struck towards the later end of the possible date range, it may represent the Turk Shahi's version of the Arab Dirham
