Obverse is of legend around head of Numerian, wearing a rayed crown
Reverse is of Annona, personifying the corn harvest, holding ears of corn over a lighted altar, a horn of plenty at her left side
Previous owner cleaned the reverse, but it doesn't really negatively effect the coin
