The way the 'A' in Ameca is formed looks to me like a Brand (?) and would make me think this piece is a Hacienda Token but it could be a local municipal issue
My general references are Grove, Rulau, Krause, the Internet and a goodly number of minor works and monographs - non of which have I found to be completely comprehensive or infallible
