Certificate measures approximately 10 7/8"x6 5/8"
A left edge flap poorly cut off
A short meandering right edge tear at upper revenue stamp cancel level
There's also a slit cross cancel best seen on reverse, partly running into the revenue stamp
Paper is wavy at left edge and quite crinkly, but still crackly crisp
Some stock certificates don't fit my scanner bed, so if there's an edge problem, I'll scan that edge
