The token is made of white metal and is somewhat large, being 1 1/2 inches in diameter and about 1/8 inches thick
The obverse of the token has the Lone Star of Texas in the center surrounded by a wreath in the center of a plaque
The reverse of the token has the inscription " GALVESTON DEEP WATER JUBILEE & MARDI GRAS" encircling the outer edge and the inscription "HELD FEB
