This is large 59 mm (just under 2 2/8 inch) in diameter, 125-gram (4.4 ounce) 1965 French High-Relief Bronze Art Medal issued for the centennial of the Marseilles Credit Society
The obverse features a man on a dolphin holding a caudices (medical symbol)
The medal was designed by G. Simon and is edge marked Bronze with the cornucopia mint mark of the Monnaie de Paris
