This is a HUGE 3 inch (76 mm) in diameter, 215-gram (7.6 ounce) High Relief US Mint Presidential Medal of Lyndon Baines Johnson, for his 1st term
The obverse was designed by Gilroy Roberts (Kennedy Half) and the reverse was designed by Frank Gasparro, who later designed the Eisenhower Anthony Dollars
