This Byzantine follis was made under Constans II, who is shown with long beard standing on the obverse The reverse has a large central M below a cross (though more often a star), above the Constantinople mint's fourth officina letter delta, and between the close left edge cutting out stacked letters ANA and right edge with stacked letters NEOG
