Most of the backs were coated with shoe polish to preserve the actual obverse of the coin, but once in a while, an elongated with a blank back fell into the hopper
1982 cents are a toss-up, both type were struck, but they can be determined by weight
These are original vintage items rolled many years ago by the original designer, (sometimes engraver), and roller
