This is a huge 3 inch (76 mm) in diameter, 230-gram (8.1 ounce) US Mint Presidential medal of Harry S. Truman
The obverse was designed by John R. Sinnock (one of his last works) and the reverse, featuring the White House, was designed by Gilroy Roberts (one of his first great medallic works)
