The enclosed 4 photos show a 1945 "F" not "A" mint mark
It means that they take into consideration the fact that they were minted during war years in germany 1940-1945
You also cannot go by the mintage of each coin made, as thousands if not millions were destroyed by allies and otherwise in 1945 or earlier as stated above
