This piece was minted circa 151 AD, during the reign of Antoninus Pius, who ruled from 138-161 AD The obverse of this type depicts the laureate head of Antoninus facing right, with legends IMP The reverse type features Tranquilitas standing right, holding rudder and two corn ears, with TRANQ in exergue and legends TR This example is struck a bit off center on the reverse, but otherwise grades Near VF, with clear to bold devices where struck up, nice surfaces, and an attractive portrait
