As with anything made by hand there will always be slight imperfections present upon close inspection
This means that the weight of the round should be accurate to + or - 0.005 of a gram
To insure that you are guarantied weight I always try to weigh my gold out to more than 0.01 to 0.02 grams over the stated weight
