This 2017 special edition silver dollar is minted in proof finish in 99.99% silver and it has the red lettered 150 logo
This coin is taken from the 2017 limited edition silver dollar proof set minted for the 150th anniversary of Canada
All the other coins in the set are minted in plated steel but this coin is pure silver
This coin has the image of our flag and our country emblazoned with a large red "150" and the double date 1967-2017 on the reverse
It is 36.07 mm in diameter and weighs 23.17 grams
Mintage of the set is only 25,000
