The obverse usually had the emperor (sometimes with his son or the Empress) with bust facing or sitting, often holding a cross or other religious object(s), even parts of the scriptures
The reverse has a lower case m. This coin was minted in Syracuse, Sicily (SB 1103)
It is 19-23 mm and 5.59 gm
