The obverse has a right-facing bust of the emperor w/ diadem and the legend is D N CONSTANTIVS PF AVG (roughly translated, "Our Lord, Constantius: Pious, Augustus (Emperor)")
It has a SPES REIPVBLICAE ("Hope for the Republic") reverse depicting the emperor carrying a globe and a spear
