The obverse has a right-facing bust of the emperor w/ diadem and the legend is FL IVL CONSTANTIVS NOB C (roughly translated, "Flavius Julius Constantius, Noble Caesar")
The reverse shows two soldiers with two military standards between them
The obverse is clear, but the reverse is very faded
The legends are readable (with effort) on the obverse, but mostly unreadable on the reverse
