This is a HUGE 120 mm (about 4 ¾ inches) in diameter, 310-gram (10.9 ounce) cast uniface British WWI medal given to the families of fallen soldiers
The obverse features a standing Britannia and a lion (similar to the famous Una and the Lion pattern coins of years earlier)
