The obverse has a right-facing bust of the emperor w/ radiate crown and the legend is IMP C P LIC VALERIANVS AVG (roughly translated, "Commander Caesar Publius Licinius Valerian: Emperor")
The reverse shows the emperor receiving a wreath from Oriens (The East, or the Rising Sun)
