The obverse has a right-facing bust of the emperor w/ diadem and the legend is D N CONSTANTIVS PF AVG (roughly translated, "Our Lord, Constantius: Pious, Happy Emperor")
It has a FEL TEMP REPARATIO ("Happy days are here again!") reverse depicting a Roman soldier spearing a fallen barbarian horseman
