It is about 17mm across
The obverse has a right-facing bust of the emperor w/ diadem and the legend is D N VALENS P F AVG (roughly translated, "Our Lord, Valens, Pious, Happy, and Revered")
The reverse shows the winged, angelic figure of Victoria advancing left with a wreath
It is quite crusty, especially on the obverse
The obverse image and legends are discernible, but not very clear
The reverse is a little bit better
