This is Large 68 mm (a little under 2 ¾ inch) in diameter, 162-gram (5.6 ounce) 1889 French Bronze Art Medal of French President Sadi Carnot Commemorating the Opening of the Universal Expo on May 6,1889
The medal was struck by the Monnaie de Paris and is edge marked BRONZE along with the cornucopia mint mark
