I do think this is Tripolis because on reverse right the letters ΤΡΙΠ are clear and name Tripolis
For those interested in inscriptions, the reverse includes ΤΡΙΠ upward on the left, [Lambda - I] around the top, and [T] Omega (as W) N downward on the right
Type was struck in AD 219-220 (dated A Lambda Phi across the bottom of the reverse) and AD 220-221 (dated B Lambda Phi similarly)
Interesting and complex reverse design with a fair amount of detail remaining
