It is very white with prefect margins, and the cut is within the note and not on the edge
Notes with cuts on the edge are less desirable
The note has a tiny rust spot on lower-left edge of the reverse
The sheet would be hung to dry, and the same process of wetting and printing would be repeated for the reverse
