The obverse shows the Super Bowl trophy with the San Diego Chargers helmut on the left side and the San Francisco Giants helmut on the right side
The reverse depicts the NFL 75 anniversary logo with 75 YEARS OF THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE along the rim above it, Paul Tagliabue COMMISSIONER at the bottom
Reverse is dual dated 1920 and 1994
75 on the reverse and SUPER BOWL XXIX and JANUARY 29,1995 are gold engraved
