This medal depicts the bust of Napoleon facing left on the front side and the image of Napoleon holding his baby son above a baptismal font on the reverse
The reverse also has a winged lion's head and a bible at the foot of the font
The medal is signed by Bertrand Andrieu at the bottom edge of Napoleon's bust with the word DENON D. in the field below the bust
The reverse is also signed ANDRIEU FACIT (made by Andrieu)
on the floor where the emperor is standing, and also stamped on the edge BRONZE along with a small symbol
