It was sculpted by Charles Barber (obverse) and George Morgan (reverse) to commemorate the Presidential Inauguration {2nd Term} of Roosevelt on March 4th, 1905
The medal is 76 mm or 3 inches in diameter and has not been available from the U.S
There are also a couple nicks along the bottom edge
